Practice management
The practice manager manages all the business aspects of the practice, making sure the right systems are in place to provide high quality patient care and patient safety, as well as human resources, finance, premises management, equipment maintenance and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering basic patient services and develops other services to enhance patient care.

We have a caring, dedicated and hardworking team of receptionists who staff the reception desks and deal with telephone queries. Their job is very demanding and busy, so please understand they are there to help.
