Pharmacy Survey

The Council and NHS in Brighton and Hove need your help to understand better the views of local people on Pharmacy services available in Brighton & Hove. The survey will be used to assess whether the current services are meeting the needs of local people and your views will help to plan and improve the health services that pharmacies have to offer in future.

Practice Management

The Practice Manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Reception

The reception and administration team are here to help you and to ensure the smooth running of the surgery systems so that all our patients receive the best possible service. Please feel free to ask them if you need advice about who to see or how to deal with a problem. The staff work within guidelines agreed with the practice manager, GPs and practice nurse and are trained to respect confidential information about you. The reception team are not qualified to give specific medical information or advice.
